We're planning a Christmas Feast fit for any family including local seafood, roasted turkey, champagne ham an array of delicious desserts and all of the trimmings.  This will be served in our main restaurant 'Penguins' so you can sit back and relax while our elves take care of the rest.

FRESH FROM THE CARVERY:

• Honey glazed ham, roast turkey and roast beef served with cranberry sauce, mustard and red wine jus.
• Chicken fillets roasted in a forest mushroom sauce
• Steamed barramundi fillets topped with lemon butter sauce
• Roasted potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, steamed vegetables

DESSERT

• Traditional pavlova, cheesecake, double chocolate cake
• Mixed berry and chocolate mousse
