Dinner includes a very special visit from Santa and a gift for every child (0-17 years) PLUS complimentary access to the waterpark to enjoy during the afternoon for any guests dining at our Christmas Buffet.  Wrist bands must be worn and will be issued to you upon arrival.  

BUFFET MENU 

• Crusty bread rolls and butter
• Antipasto platter with cheeses, ham, turkey and salami
• Caesar salad, Mediterranean chickpea salad
• Creamy German potato salad, Tabbouleh salad
• Glass noodles w/ Asian vegetables, tomato and bocconcini

FRESH FROM THE CARVERY:

• Honey glazed ham, roast turkey and roast beef served with cranberry sauce, mustard and red wine jus
• Chicken fillets roasted in a forest mushroom sauce
• Steamed barramundi fillets topped with lemon butter sauce
• Roasted potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, steamed vegetables
