$500 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK, WITH THE REMAINDER DUE 5 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR PARTY.

Mega Splash events cater for up to 40 children. Adults are free of charge to attend to supervise their children, however are not catered for with package inclusions. Optional parent platters are available to be added. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE PERMITTED. Please be advised that only party guests and hotel guests are permitted to use the facilities. Any extra children (other than party guests) are not permitted in the pool area without a wristband. Sibling information can be found of the bottom of your invitations on the confirmation email. Party guests must vacate the area once party is concluded. Please read the FAQ's section of your confirmation email for more information. 

Cancellation Policy: All bookings will incur a $300 cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of celebration are fully non-refundable. Date change requests may incur a fee and are subject to availability. Amendments to booking details/extras can be made up to 5 days prior to your celebration date. Changes within 5 days are subject to availability. T&Cs apply.
