Please note: bookings of 16 or more children may require additional seating by changing to buffet style lunch set up - our friendly party coordinators will discuss this with you upon confirmation roughly 10 days prior to your event.

FINAL GUEST NUMBERS ARE CONFIRMED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR PARTY. 

$150 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK, WITH THE REMAINDER DUE 5 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR PARTY.

Skating is only suitable for guests aged 3years +. Guests under 5 years need closed toed shoes (sneakers), and a skating adult on the ice. Socks are compulsory for all skaters. Parties are for a minimum of 10 children. Siblings and parents are welcome to buy tickets to use the ice skating rink during sessions, booking recommended (discount code available in the confirmation email once booked). Party guests must vacate the area once party is concluded. Please be advised that only  hotel guests are permitted to use the water park and pool facilities.  . Cancellation Policy: All bookings will incur a $150 cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of celebration will not be refunded. Date changes are free of  charge up to 14 days prior to celebration date. Date changes requested within 14 days are subject to management approval (fees apply). Amendments to booking details/extra can be made up to 7 days prior to your celebration date. Changes within 7 days are subject to availability. T&C’s Apply.
