Our Basic Water Park Party gives you and your guests access to our Water Park and Pool facilities for up to 3 hours


Our Basic INTERNAL Waterpark Package includes:


  • 3 HOUR entry per child to the Waterpark
  • Reserved Party Table inside in Penguins Restaurant (Internal table set up)
  • Coloured Tableware including plates, cups, napkins and cake knife/lighter.
  • Helium Balloons for the party table
  • Take Home Activity Party Bag per child
  • Captain and Cleo Invitations (downloadable)
  • BYO Birthday Cake (NO other outside food/drinks are permitted)
  • Café buzzer to let you know when your platters are ready to collect (optional pre-ordered platters)

Upon arrival you will receive party wristbands for the kids and an underground car park for the host parent (1). 
The attendant will then show you to your party table and provide a buzzer that will vibrate when its time to collect any pre-ordered platters from the café. 
Please note; this package is un-hosted and does not include lunch or drinks. Drinks can be purchased on the day from the café/bar outlets. 
This package includes water park entry and table set up only.

FINAL GUEST NUMBERS ARE CONFIRMED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR PARTY. 

$150 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK, WITH THE REMAINDER DUE 7 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR PARTY.


Due to the restaurant being open for breakfast and other events/dining options, there may be vacuuming at times to ensure the venue is clean. The team will do their best to limit noise, but please be aware this could be happening during your timeslot. Guests are welcome to watch their kids in the water park areas and come back to the party table as needed (they don't have to stay at the table throughout).

Please be advised that only party and hotel guests are permitted to use the water park and pool facilities. Extra guests (siblings) are not permitted to use the facilities without a wristband. 
Party guests must vacate the area once the party has concluded. Any decorations you bring must also be removed by the end time of your party.

Cancellation Policy: All bookings will incur a $150 cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of celebration will not be refunded. 
Date changes are free of charge up to 14 days prior to your booked date. Date change requests within this time may incur a fee and are subject to availability.
Amendments to booking details/extras can be made up to 7 days prior to your celebration date. Changes within 7 days are subject to availability.
