Explorer's Club: Drop & Play Session
Their time to play. Your time to unwind. Make a little time for yourself while the kids enjoy some fun of their own! Drop & Play is our flexible, pay-by-the-hour Kids Club offering, designed to fit around your holiday. Drop the kids off for an hour or let them stay longer, with drop-off and collection available within the advertised session start and finish times. While they play, you can relax at our new adults-only pool and bar.
These open sessions offer a mix of supervised play and organised activities, tailored to the ages and interests of the children attending. With no set theme, each session brings opportunities to get creative, join games and make new holiday friends. Children staying for more than three hours will also be offered a juice popper and a snack.
Simply drop off, let them play and enjoy a little holiday time for yourself!
Pricing & payment
First hour: $20 per child, payable when booking.
Additional hours: $15 per child, per hour, payable at pick-up.
Payment is accepted by credit card or resort vouchers only. Cash is not accepted.
Drop-off & pick-up
Parents may collect their child at any time within the advertised session hours. All children must be collected by the session finish time.
The first-hour fee is non-refundable if your child is collected before the first hour ends.
A 10-minute grace period applies after each paid hour. Once this is exceeded, the full next hour is charged.
Example: A stay of 1 hour and 10 minutes costs $20. A stay of 1 hour and 12 minutes costs $35, including the full second-hour charge.
Each child will receive a wristband at check-in showing their entry time. This time will be used to calculate the total session charge.
Age requirements
Explorers Club is available to children aged 4–12 years only.
One-on-one care
If your child requires one-on-one care during our activities, you must notify us before booking by emailing [email protected], so suitable arrangements can be discussed. Additional charges apply for one-on-one supervision. If this requirement is not disclosed in advance and your child requires one-on-one supervision during the session, we will contact you to collect your child immediately. The booking fee will be forfeited.
Location
Kids Zone is located on the lower ground floor of the central building. You can access it via the stairs opposite the Jungle Gym or by taking the lobby lift outside of Penguins to the Lower Ground.
Bookings and Cancellations
- Kids Club is for the exclusive use of guests staying at Paradise Resort. Visiting friends and family will not be accepted.
- Bookings are essential as maximum capacities will apply. Cancellations must be made by the booking cut-off times for each session, or the cost will be forfeited.
- Please note that a late pick-up fee applies if children are collected more than 5 minutes after the session end time. The fee is $1 per minute, charged from the 6th minute onward. This policy helps ensure appropriate staffing and supervision for all children. Thank you for your understanding and cooperam
