Kids Zone: Explorer’s Club (Ages 4–12)

Get ready for non-stop fun at Kids Zone: Explorer’s Club, the ultimate playground for children aged 4–12! From thrilling group games and hands-on creative activities to themed adventures and new friendships, every moment is filled with excitement. Our energetic entertainment crew keeps kids engaged, active, and smiling, while parents can relax knowing their children are in a safe and supervised space. Whether it’s exploring new activities, joining in challenges, or simply making holiday memories with friends, Kids Zone: Explorer’s Club is where the adventure begins!

If your package includes a complimentary pass, you will be issued a voucher to claim your session/s upon arrival at the resort or via email 7-10 days prior (depending on your package). You can then use this to book.  If you choose to book additional sessions the charge shown for those sessions will apply.

Location

Kids Zone is located on the lower ground floor of the central building. You can access it via the stairs opposite the Jungle Gym or by taking the lobby lift outside of Penguins to the Lower Ground.

Bookings and Cancellations

• Kids Zone: Explorer’s Club is for the exclusive use of guests staying at Paradise Resort.  Visiting friends and family will not be accepted. 
• The Kids Zone: Explorer’s Club welcomes children 4 to 12 years of age. 
• Bookings are essential as maximum capacities will apply. Cancellations must be made by the booking cut-off times for each session, or the cost will be forfeited.

• Please note that a late pick-up fee applies if children are collected more than 5 minutes after the session end time. The fee is $1 per minute, charged from the 6th minute onward. This policy helps ensure appropriate staffing and supervision for all children. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

• As a safety measure, no meals are provided and no food can be brought into Kids Zone.
