Location: The Pamper Parlour is located on level 1 inside Paradise Resort Gold Coast. The address is 122 Ferny Avenue Surfers Paradise.

Getting Here: Paradise Resort is located 300 metres from the Surfers Paradise North Light Rail Station or a 10-minute walk from Cavill Avenue. Parking onsite is not available. The closest public car-park is open air and located 450 metres away on the corner of Cypress Avenue. Alternatively, the streets immediately surrounding the resort have strict 2-hour parking limits between 9am-7pm daily.

Hours of Operation: Our session times vary and due to its popularity, we recommend booking in advance.

Time Required: 45 mins depending on braid style. Please arrive 5 mins prior to your session, please allow 10 minutes on either side of your session. Cut off time - If you are more than 10 minutes late means you've effectively missed your whole appointment.

Ages: 18+

Cancellation: Due to the limited availability of this product, we are unable to offer refunds. If you need to cancel/change your booking, please provide a minimum 48 hours notice to activities@paradiseresort.com.au or the team at Splashes Boutique. We do NOT braid guests with head lice/nits. Please check for lice prior to booking as we do not offer refunds.

Safety Message: Please complete a head lice check prior to booking, and again prior to arrival for your session. We do not braid/style guests with head lice (eggs) or nits. All ages are welcome as long as they can sit still for the duration of the style/braid. Otherwise opt for a pre-made clip-in or braid extension (From $15, available at Splashes Boutique or Pamper Parlour).

You must arrive with your hair ready to be braided: HAIR MUST BE WASHED, DRIED AND BRUSHED (chlorine-free) - Extra charges will apply for guests who don't comply and require extra time. If hair is matted and tangled, we have the right to refuse and no refund will be provided.

Our braiding specialists will give you advice to suit your hair, as depending on your hair type, some braids work better and last longer than others. Depending on your hair type, your braid can be extended well past the hair length; however, for others with super-thick blunt ends, it is better to go the same length as your existing hair. We also offer extra elastics for those who want to extend their hair length but need some extra elastics to keep their thick, blunter ends in place and make the braids last longer. Some will last just for a couple of days (e.g., if going to the water park straight after!), or some of our regular customers have left them in, looking good and frizz-free for up to 1 week. Ask our braiding specialists what will suit your hair better during your appointment.

Other Info: Due to the size of the room, only one family member per child is permitted in the Pamper Parlour.
