If a water park party package is booked for over 15 kids, we may move the party to the restaurant to better facilitate your group.

FINAL GUEST NUMBERS ARE CONFIRMED ROUGHLY 5 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR PARTY DURING THE CONFIRMATION CALL MADE BY OUR PARTY TEAM THE WEEK OF YOUR PARTY, REST ASSURED THAT YOU WOULD BE CONTACTED PRIOR TO YOUR PARTY DATE.

$150 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK, WITH THE REMAINDER DUE 5 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR PARTY.

Please be advised that only party guests and
hotel guests are permitted to use the facilities. Any extra children
(other than party guests) are not permitted in the pool area without a
wristband. Sibling information can be found of the bottom of your invitations
on the confirmation email. Party guests must vacate the area once party is
concluded. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE PERMITTED (except a
birthday cake/cupcakes).

Cancellation Policy: All bookings will incur a $150 cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled within 7 days of celebration are fully non-refundable. 
Date change requests may incur a fee and are subject to availability.
Amendments to booking details/extras can be made up to 5 days prior to your
celebration date. Changes within 5 days are subject to availability. T&Cs
apply.
